We are delighted to share an update on the construction progress at Botanic with you. Our team is making excellent progress, and it brings us great pleasure to highlight the key milestones achieved so far:
- Bulk earthworks are complete on stages 1, 2 and 3
- Civil construction is 85% complete in stage 1 and 95% complete in stage 2
- Civil construction has recently commenced in stage 3
- The kerb, channel and asphalt are 90% complete in stage 1 and 100% complete in stage 2
- Landscaping is 90% complete in stage 1 and 80% complete in stage 2
- The Browne Road and Highfields Road intersection, and asphalt leading up to the Botanic entrance, is 95% complete
- The entry road into Botanic is 20% complete
- Titles for stages 1 and 2 are anticipated early Q2, 2025. Stage 3 titles are anticipated late Q2 to early Q3 2025.
