We’re pleased to share the latest milestones at Botanic and provide an update on the progress across each stage of the community.
Stages 1 & 2 – Registered, Homes About to Begin
Stages 1 and 2 are now fully registered, with home construction set to commence shortly. This marks an exciting step as Botanic begins to transform from a vision into a thriving community.
Stage 3 – Registration Anticipated December 2025
Civil works, roads, and retaining walls are complete, with landscaping underway.
Stage 4 – Registration Anticipated Q1 2026
Civil works are nearing completion. Unforeseen delays have impacted timing, with registration now expected between late February and early March 2025.
Stages 5, 6 & 7– Registration Now expected Q3 2026
Civil works are now forecasted for completion mid 2026, with registration expected Q3 2026.
