There’s wonderful news on the horizon for families in our region – Highlands Christian College is establishing a brand-new Prep to Year 12 campus in Highfields. Spanning 100 acres on Woolmer Road, directly on the southern boundary of Botanic Highfields, this exciting development will create a vibrant new place of learning in the heart of our growing community.
This addition is more than just a new school — it represents an opportunity for families to embrace a connected lifestyle where education, community, and environment come together.
Stage 1 Opening in 2027
The new Highfields campus is planned to open in 2027, with Stage 1 offering:
- Early Learning Centre (15 months – 5 years)
- Prep to Year 3
- Year 7
- Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)
To support families during these early stages, a daily shuttle bus will operate between Highfields and Middle Ridge. This ensures that students in year levels not yet available at the new campus can continue their education seamlessly at the Middle Ridge campus until future stages are complete.
